Sanjukta Pal, MPH, MS
Sanjukta Pal, MPH, MS, is Senior Data Scientist at the Institute of Accountable Care. She has over 20 years of experience conducting complex data analysis and modeling of healthcare cost, quality and outcomes in various health care delivery settings. Sanjukta is responsible for a wide range of claims data analysis and statistical modeling using the 100% Medicare claims data files accessed through the CMS Virtual Data Research Center. Prior to joining IAC Sanjukta was a Data Scientist at Atrius Health, an 800-physician multispecialty group practice and Next Generation ACO in Eastern Massachusetts. She was analytic lead on risk adjustment methodologies, built predictive models for population health management and operations to improve quality of care and reduce medical expense, evaluated effectiveness of various disease management programs and operational initiatives, provided data-driven, actionable insights to support long-term strategic goals. Before Atrius Health, she held multiple Lead/Senior Analyst positions at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Sanjukta received her MPH from Boston University, MS and BS in Economics from University of Calcutta, India.
